Satellite dishes are not permitted in our community.

Schedule a tour online or call us. After submitting an online request, our team will confirm your appointment. Note: All guests 18+ must bring a valid government-issued photo ID and verify their ID before touring.

We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes at our community. Visit our Floor Plan page to view our pricing and availability.

Services

Yes, we have an onsite courtesy officer. To request assistance, call the office number and follow the prompts to leave a voicemail with your complaint details, apartment number, and phone number. The courtesy officer will receive your message and respond as soon as possible.

Amenities

Yes, we offer corporate apartments. Please contact our leasing office for more information.

We do not offer furnished apartments, but can recommend Cort for furniture rentals.

Yes, we have a 24-hour fitness center available for resident use! Our fitness center is equipped with cardio machines, cable weight machines, free weights, and more to help meet your fitness goals.

Pensacola Grand is home to a sparkling pool. The pool is open 8am-10pm.

Each home is equipped with fantastic amenities, such as walk in closets, vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, and more! Visit our Amenities page to view the full list of home amenities available.

Pensacola Grand has Amazon Hub lockers for delivery packages! These lockers are available 24/7 for you to pick up your packages at any time after they arrive. The Hub accepts packages from multiple carriers such as Amazon delivery, USPS, FedEx, and UPS. All package couriers are directed to use the Hub. Your package will be delivered to the Hub and you will receive a notification with a one-time pick-up code. At the Hub enter the code on the screen and the door pops open. You will receive an email with a sign-up link. Sign in with your Amazon account or sign up for a free account. Then you will be ready to pick up your packages at the Hub.

Neighborhood

Our community offers onsite level-2 EV charging stations for resident convenience. Visit the Department of Energy website at https://afdc.energy.gov/fuels/electricity-locations to locate other nearby charging stations.

The closest schools to our community are L.D. McArthur Elementary, Ferry Pass Middle School, and Pine Forest High School. Other schools include University of West Florida.

Lease

Yes. Residents must obtain and maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage during the term of their lease. If the resident has an pet, their policy must cover pets and animal bites. If the resident does not have renter’s insurance, they may contact ResidentShield, a leading insurance company that offers high quality, low cost insurance protection to residents of our community. More detailed information about ResidentShield can be found at www.residentshield.com or by calling a licensed agent at (800) 566-1186.

Residents also have the option to get coverage through a different third party provider. If a resident elects to obtain coverage from another insurance carrier, they will be required to provide the declarations page for their policy, including the name of their insurance company, the policy number, the effective and expiration dates of the policy and ensure that our property and information below is listed as an Additional Interested Party on the policy:

If we do not receive an updated Renter's Insurance Policy, the resident will be enrolled in our Master Insurance Policy and will have a recurring monthly lease charge to cover the home only. This policy does not insure your personal property within the home.

Our shortest lease terms start at 7 months.

Our lease terms range from 7 - 15 months.

Pets

No, exotic pets are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, livestock, poisonous reptiles, amphibians or fish, snakes, birds of prey, insects, arachnids, and rodents (except for hamsters, guinea pigs or gerbils.)

We allow 2 pets per household.

Parking

All parking is complimentary at Pensacola Grand!

No, visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

At Pensacola Grand, parking is first come, first served.

At Pensacola Grand, we allow up to 2 vehicles per licensed resident.

Motorcycles must be parked in a parking space.

Visitor parking is located throughout the community.
